1. Scope
This policy applies to direct bookings made with Safety Hero for scheduled training sessions.
If your booking is processed by a third-party partner or employer contract, their agreement may govern refund handling.
2. Cancellation By Participant
- 7 or more days before course date: eligible for a full refund or free transfer to another available batch.
- 3 to 6 days before course date: eligible for a partial refund of 50% or one-time transfer.
- Less than 72 hours before course date: generally non-refundable, but transfer may be approved for documented emergencies.
3. No-Show And Late Arrival
- Non-attendance without prior notice is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
- Significant late arrival may prevent participation, especially for safety-critical sessions; this may also be non-refundable.
4. Cancellation By Safety Hero
If Safety Hero cancels or postpones a course due to instructor availability, low enrollment, venue constraints, or force majeure, you may choose:
- full refund, or
- transfer to the next available equivalent session.
5. Corporate And Group Bookings
For employer-sponsored or group bookings, refund terms follow the signed quotation, proposal, or service agreement. If a conflict exists, that written agreement takes precedence.
6. Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.
- Processing speed may vary by payment gateway and issuing bank.
- Any non-refundable transaction fee charged by external providers may be deducted where legally permissible.
